Aboriginal students from across District School Board Ontario North East will be gathering together next week for a student leadership retreat. The 100 or so grades 7 to 12 students will be housed at Camp Bickell. The objective is to get the students to help reaffirm their identity in leadership in their schools. It will also help them to continue their activities throughout the school year. Students from Hearst, Kap, Smooth Rock Falls, Cochrane and Iroquois Falls will be attending the two day camp.
