The Charity Hockey Game held in Hearst just before Christmas was a huge success according to the organizers. And the winner was the new physiotherapy department at Hearst’s Notre Dame Hospital. The two teams involved were the Hearst Elites taking on the Fondation HND with Philadelphia Flyers star Claude Giroux on their team. But the Fondation HND team came up short as they lost 9-8 to the Hearst Elites. The fundraiser has brought in approximately $30,000 for the physiotherapy department.
