Governor General Michaelle Jean will pay a visit to northern Ontario early next week, with stops in Hearst, Timmins and Sudbury. The Governor General will be in Hearst on Monday where she will take part in discussions on various partnerships between the town and the Constance Lake First Nation. Tuesday in Timmins, Jean will visit Porcupine mines as the city celebrates 100 years of gold production. Then in Sudbury on Wednesday, Jean will visit College Boreal and Laurentian University and will also host an Art Matters forum.
