The Hearst Lumber Kings didn’t fare so well at the hands of the Kapuskasing Timberwolves as this weekend started a new season for both teams. The Timberwolves won in Hearst on Saturday by a score of 6-2. Then yesterday afternoon at the Sports Palace the Timberwolves kept on rolling to a 3-2 overtime shootout victory. The second intermission had Adam Lukowski shooting to win a laptop for Kaitlyn Spears.  Adam was able to put ten pucks in the net in the 30 second time limit, five goals short of making Ms Spears the proud new owner of a notebook. The three stars of yesterday’s game were Josh Gaudreault, Cameron Russell and Adam Lukowski.
