Organizers of the Miss Kapuskasing Pageant remind interested contestants that the deadline to register is coming up quickly. The deadline is this Saturday. Registration forms are available at Bucovetsky’s, the offices at Cite and KDHS as well as at College Boreal and the Universite de Hearst. The Miss Kap Pageant will open the Kapuskasing Winter Carnival Festivities on February 23^rd at the Centre de Loisirs.
