There’s a new face in the judiciary. Kapuskasing lawyer Patrick Boucher was one of two judges appointed to the Ontario Court of Justice effective October 14th. Justice Boucher will serve the district of Cochrane which includes offices in Kapuskasing, Hearst, Smooth Rock Falls, Hornepayne, Pewanuk and Attawapiskat as well as Cochrane. Justice Boucher has been active in various committees since his return to Kapuskasing following his call to the bar in 1998. There’s a new face in the judiciary.
