The recruitment of health professionals is a process that is constantly growing. The preparations begin now in order to prepare for the next wave of recruitment fairs which begin in the fall.

Posters and displays currently used in recruitment events and other promotional activities must be renewed. Therefore, the recruitment committee is seeking help from the community to get photos that might be used on these recruiting tools. According to Jocelyn Blais, head of Recruitment, 15-20 photos that represent our community well are sought. These photos should represent the strengths of our community because these images are used to attract attention during recruitment events. ''When people are naturally on the images, it is more powerful. For example display

a picture of a young boy with his dog fishing on the lakeis very effective", said Mr. Blais. The committee is also looking for an aerial photo of the community.

The Committee therefore calls on people to provide some low resolution photos via email (This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. The committee will select certain photos to be used and no commitment to use all photos will be received. The participation of people is important and this collaboration is a sign of involvement by the community with the recruitment. Our goal is finding photos that will best represent the atmosphere of our community.
