The weather is cooperating as residents of Kapuskasing and Hearst hold Remembrance Day services to pay respects to those who fought and died beginning with the First World War today. In Hearst a parade starts at the Legion at 10:30 and heads to the Place des Artes where the Remembrance Day service will be held. In Kapuskasing a parade forms up at the Welcome Centre and continues to the Cenotaph where the service is held. Diamond Jubilee Public School will hold their own Remembrance Day service at the school today as will students at KDHS.
