A Kapuskasing man has been fined $5,000 for hunting moose without a proper licence. Luc Morin pleaded guilty to hunting moose without a proper licence in Hearst earlier this month. Morin had a calf tag, but he shot a cow moose. Conservation officers impounded his weapon and it will be returned when the fine is paid.
