The Zone Public Speaking competitions were held in Cochrane on Saturday. The winner in the grade 1-3 group is Carlee Weidhaus of St. Patrick’s School. In the grade 4-6 group the winner is Eliana Turcotte of St. Patrick’s School. In the grade 7-9 group the winner is Kalyla Dumais of Hearst. In the grade 10-12 group Melissa Dane of Hornepayne is the winner. The students will be in Kapuskasing on Saturday, March 26^th at 1:00pm for the District Competition.
