At Kapuskasing’s council meeting mayor, Alan Spacek said that the review of the province’s plan to conserve woodland caribou habitat will impact northerners. He said that he had the opportunity to attend the first meeting that was held in downtown Toronto. Spacek went on to say that the concerns of northerners have to be taken into account. The review was also held in Hearst, Cochrane, Dryden and Timmins.
